  • Run high-leverage events. Plan and execute gatherings from founder roundtables to larger ecosystem events. Manage venue, run-of-show, speakers, partners, post-event follow-ups.
  • Be the portfolio’s first call. Field requests from 375+ companies and route them to mentors, perks, partner benefits, and ERA staff; track needs and close the loop.
  • Recruit the next great ERA cohort. Support top-of-funnel sourcing, candidate communications, interview slots , and selection operations. Interview founders alongside the rest of the ERA team.
  • Build the platform. Improve our community systems (CRM, mentor/portfolio directories, perks library, job board), document playbooks, and ship process upgrades that scale.
